Underwater Wall

At spartan races this is about a 35% chance you will run into this obstacle.  It’s mostly just a completely unpleasant time and has no real fitness challenge.  One thing that makes it very unpleasant is that it can show up any where, such as around mile 5 out of 14 at the Spartan Race championships in Killington.  Which then leads to the other points, you are now going underwater which is more of a mud water pit completely.  So from head to toe it’s mud water. Oh and sometimes it’s cold out, and even when it’s not, the water can also be cold.  Here are some photos of the underwater wall obstacle:
