The dip walk is a combination of a standard gym exercise (the dip) and gymnastics (parallel bars). The trick is to mount the bars with both arms and swing from left to right with your arms/body. This requires a very large amount of upper body strength.
A slight alternate that I’ve seen a few people do is to use their legs on the bars in front of them. This takes some weight and difficulty away from the standard movement. It is much slower and not advised if there is any type of line behind you or a shared bar setup like in the photos below.
